Visit GooglePlay store, open SmartNews page below click "Update." Once the update is complete, button will say "Open" instead.

Visit Samsung store, open SmartNews page below click "Update." Once the update is complete, button will say "Open" instead.

My app screen has not changed, even after I have updated the SmartNews app.

1. Please restart our app, by completely closing and restarting.
2. Try clearing cache of SmartNews app.
   • iOS:
     
     1. Open Settings.
     2. Scroll down and tap open the app name "SmartNews"
     3. Turn "Clear Cache on Next Launch" on (it should be green.)
     4. Restart our app again by swipe up on homescreen, swipe up SmartNews.
   • Android: 
     1. Open Settings.
     2. Scroll down and select Apps.
     3. Tap the See all option at the bottom.
     4. Tap the app name "SmartNews"
     5. Tap Storage and cache.
     6. Select Clear cache.
