The Missions and Rewards feature is an integral, built-in component of the SmartNews app experience. Because it is a core part of the application’s design and interface, it cannot be disabled or removed from the menu at this time.
This feature is designed to award SmartNews Points (SNP) as you read and engage with your news content, functioning alongside your feed without altering the articles or headlines you see.
While the Rewards tab remains a permanent part of the app layout, participation is entirely optional; you can continue to use SmartNews to read your preferred channels as usual without interacting with the rewards program.
