If your points were not added to your balance after completing a task, please review this troubleshooting checklist before reaching out to support:
The "Collect" Button Was Missed: Completing the task is only the first step. You must manually tap the Collect button inside the Mission center to claim your points.
The Campaign Expired: If a campaign period ends before you tap Collect, your unclaimed points are permanently deleted. Uncollected points from expired campaigns cannot be backdated or granted retroactively.
Account Was Unlinked or Deleted: If you log out, unlink your credentials, or initiate an account deletion before the points fully process and register to your wallet balance, the transaction will fail.
App Reinstalled Prematurely: If you uninstall and reinstall the SmartNews app before logging into your registered account, your local session progress and pending points will be lost. Always verify your account login status before performing an app reinstallation.

Please note that SmartNews cannot provide manual point adjustments or financial compensation for points missed due to unexpected connectivity drops or system sync errors.
