If you haven't received your gift card email or can't find the link, you can retrieve it yourself in seconds by following these steps:
- Open the SmartNews app and navigate to your Mission / Rewards tab.
- Tap on Point History and choose the item you redeemed.
- Tap on Visit Tango.
- On the Tango website, go to Redemption History. If your reward hasn't been opened yet, you'll usually see it highlighted at the top, or wallet icon at the top.
- Here, you'll see order details like the Reference Number, amount, and delivery status. You can click Resend to have the gift card sent to your email again right away, or choose Help to talk with a Tango representative.
If you do not see any transaction in the history, please check the top balance on your Tango account. If the balance is not 0, this means you still need to select a specific gift card from the Tango website and complete the process to send it to yourself.
