If your point balance suddenly shows as zero or appears lower than expected, please follow these self-troubleshooting steps to locate your funds before contacting support:
1. Check Your Login Status
You may have accidentally logged into a different profile or switched to a guest session.
If you previously linked your account via a third-party login (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook) or an alternative email address, log out and sign back in using that specific method.
2. Review Your Point History
Your points might not actually be missing; you may have already completed the redemption process.
Open the Mission / Rewards tab in the app.
Scroll directly below your current point balance and look for the Point History section.
Check to see if your missing points are listed under an item marked as Redeemed.
3. Retrieve Your Balance from Tango
If you see a completed redemption in your history, your point balance has already been securely transferred to our rewards partner, Tango, to be converted into a gift card.
Tap on the redeemed item within your Point History.
Select Visit Tango to open their secure rewards portal.
Browse the catalog, select your preferred gift card merchant, and enter your email address to have the voucher sent straight to your inbox instantly.
